2016 Singapore Rendezvous was held at Raffles Marina.

The inaugural 2016 Singapore Rendezvous was held at Raffles Marina.

The 2016 inaugural edition of the SINGAPORE RENDEZVOUS closed on Sunday 23rd October with an Opera Dinner on the biggest tall ship in Asia, The Royal Albatross.

Four days of this unique luxury lifestyle event in a nautical environment were filled with entertainment, surprises and most importantly, vibrant interaction with both visitors and supporting partners.

As commented by the great majority of exhibitors, yacht dealers in particular, the innovative and interactive format of the show explains its success, thanks to a prominent luxury lifestyle element that drove new interests and qualified leads from an audience of High Net Worth Individuals.

For the first time in Singapore all key luxury lifestyle components were brought together – from properties, yachts, supercars, classic cars to watches, fashion, art, fine foods, wines and champagne. An affluent audience of 5,800 visitors had a chance to interact with carefully selected brands and broaden their interests during inspiring activities such as Leica photography workshops, deLaCour watch expert talks, Perrier-Jouet champagne workshop, Classic Car panel discussions and much more.

Raffles Marina, completely transformed with lights, art displays and photo opportunities, played host to this 4-day luxury lifestyle experience and ensured that all VIP guests and their families left the show with long lasting memories.

Yachts Showcase
Among the yachting world’s highlights at the SINGAPORE RENDEZVOUS 2016 was the regional premiere of the Zeelander 44, under the management of Northrop & Johnson who also organized Asia’s annual gathering for Royal Huisman.

Another classic was the elegant Ron Holland Golden Opus (73 feet) presented by ProMarine. Finally, one of the few sporty composite sailing superyachts on the market today, S/Y Bliss (123 feet), was proudly showcased by Burgess.
